Blue-Collar Faux Guy

Chris Burke, aka Mr. Faux, is a self-described "blue collar faux guy" who got his start painting alongside his dad. For more than 25 years, Chris has been creating beautiful faux finishes for commercial and residential spaces. Specialties include such faux-finishing techniques as marbling, Lustersonte, textures, stripes, Venetian plasters, cabinet refinishing and much more. He shares his knowledge by teaching classes and is part of the popular Faux Team along with Henri Menandez. He has a 1,900-square-foot showroom in Sterling, Va., and runs the popular Faux Nation group on Facebook.
